Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AgentGrade provides automated security scanning and grading of publicly accessible AI agents. We perform passive, non-intrusive checks and assign grades based on observable security characteristics. We do not certify agents — we report what we find.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using your email and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

AgentGrade offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

• Monitor ($29/mo) — Watch up to 10 agents, email alerts
• Pro ($99/mo) — Watch up to 50 agents, API access
• Enterprise ($199/mo) — Unlimited agents, full API

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the free tier at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our discretion through Stripe.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Security grades are based on automated scans of publicly accessible endpoints. Grades reflect observable security characteristics at the time of scanning and may not capture all aspects of an agent's security posture. Grades are informational and should not be the sole basis for security decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass or defame agent operators
• Circumvent rate limits or API restrictions
• Resell access to the service without permission
• Attempt to manipulate agent grades

8. Agent Operator Rights

If you operate an AI agent and wish to be excluded from AgentGrade scans, see our Responsible Disclosure page. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgentGrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on security grades, or inability to access the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
